Undergraduate Next Steps

Things to do right away

  • Apply for Financial Aid.
    • Complete your FAFSA.
      • Brenau’s 6-digit school code is 001556
    • If you have any questions about the financial aid process or have submitted a FASFA and would like to check the status, please contact the Office of Financial Aid at 770-534-6152 or [email protected].
  • Schedule a cost conversation with your admissions counselor.
  • Complete the Enrollment Intention Form and pay your deposit in your applicant portal.

After you make your deposit

  • If you will be living on campus, submit your Housing Application and Housing Contract.
  • Complete your health forms following the instructions you receive from the Center for Health & Wellbeing. These forms must be completed and submitted before you arrive on campus for check-in.

CampusWeb is available in my.brenau.edu.

  • Complete your Student Financial Agreement through your student account.

Things to do before arriving on campus

  • Request that final transcripts (high school/college if applicable) be submitted to the Office of Admissions. Final transcripts must be received before classes begin.
  • Visit our Financial Aid page to begin planning your tuition payment and payment arrangements. Tuition is due before the start of the semester you plan to attend classes.
  • To discuss payment or payment plan options, contact the Accounting Office at 770-534-6150 or 800-252-5119 ext. 6150 or [email protected].
  • Download the Brenau Mobile App or visit the Brenau Intranet for instructions on how to request your Brenau ID card.
  • Complete the Emergency Contact Form so that Brenau officials will know who to contact if you are involved in an emergency situation.
  • Sign-up for the E2 Campus Alert System.
  • If you would like to give designated individuals permission to speak with Brenau University officials regarding personally identifiable information, please complete the FERPA Release of Information Form in your student portal in CampusWeb under My FERPA Permissions. (optional)
  • Visit the Registrar’s Calendars and Schedules page to begin planning your schedule.
  • Learn about the Brenau Book Bundle and how you will pick up your textbooks and other materials.
  • Review the Criteria for Maintaining Scholarships and Grants.
  • Get your family connected with Brenau on Brenau Family News.
  • Get excited about joining the Brenau family!
