Whether you need a transcript or replacement diploma, we’ve got you covered. For either document, all you need to do is visit  Parchment and begin the process.

Request a Transcript

Brenau University has partnered with Parchment to order and send transcripts in an official secure format via paper or electronic delivery. Normal processing time for your order is 1 to 3 business days after an order is submitted.

Brenau transcripts are ordered online using the Brenau Parchment link: Order Transcripts

If this is your first-time using Parchment, you will select New Learner Account and follow the instructions. If you have created a Parchment account with another institution, you will select Existing Learner Account. For help with Parchment, please see one of the links below, under Helpful Parchment links.

The standard fee is $12.50 per transcript + any associated processing fees. Parchment has additional fees for paper transcripts sent overnight. (Please note that overnight transcript requests submitted after 12:00 may not be sent the same day.)

Parchment will send you emails with status updates, but you can also track the status of your order via your Parchment account.

Students with financial obligations to the university: For some students, transcripts may not be released if you have outstanding financial obligations to the university. Transcripts that are approved to be released will have the grades masked for any term that the student has a balance for, as well as any degree awarded during that term. If you submit a transcript request that we are unable to process due to a balance, your request will be cancelled and a credit issued to your Parchment account. If clearing your account balance with a personal check, transcripts will not be released for ten business days. If clearing your balance by electronic payment, your transcript may not be released for 3-5 business days.  If you choose to proceed with your request, it will be your responsibility to request a new transcript once your balance is paid.

Brenau Academy Transcripts: If you attended Brenau Academy (our private high school that closed in 2012), please choose the Brenau Academy option to request your Academy transcript in your Parchment account.

Unofficial transcripts are available to current, active Brenau students via CampusWEB. Former students can view their unofficial transcript by using the Alumni Portal at campus.brenau.edu. If you no longer have your student ID number, you may request it by submitting the online form Student ID Number Request.

Request a Replacement Diploma

Diploma replacements or reorders can also be ordered within your Parchment account.

Please note that diplomas will not be released for any student who has outstanding financial obligations to the university. If you submit a diploma reorder request that we are unable to process due to a balance, your request will be cancelled and your payment refunded by Parchment. If clearing your account balance with a personal check, diplomas will not be released for ordering for ten business days. If clearing your balance by electronic payment, your diploma order may not be released for ordering for 3-5 business days.

The first time you use Parchment, you need to select New Learner Account and then complete the 7 steps to ordering your transcript.

If you have used Parchment with another institution and have already created a Parchment account you will want to select Existing Learner Account.

Important information for diploma replacement orders – PLEASE read carefully!

  • This site is for DIPLOMA reorders only. Diplomas are awarded with a degree (ex. B.S., M.B.A, etc.). Graduate certificates are not diplomas/degrees and are requested through your major department. Contact your major department for a replacement certificate.
  • If your diploma is to be sent to a domestic address – in the United States – choose the domestic option. That option is $40 + processing fee.
  • If your diploma is to be sent to an international address – outside the United States – choose the international option. That option is $50 + processing fee. The additional fee is because of the increased cost for mailing the diploma to an international address.
  • Diplomas are ordered from our vendor on the 15th and the last day of the month.
  • If you choose the option to have your diploma notarized, there will be a stamped notary seal and signature on the front of your diploma. This may only be needed when diplomas are sent overseas for various reasons. If you wish just to display your diploma, we do not suggest this option.
