The Lessie Smithgall Tennis Center, located on Brenau’s historic Gainesville campus, includes two indoor tennis courts, six outdoor courts and stadium-style seating. Brenau’s tennis team holds both matches and practices at the center. The tennis center is named after the late Lessie Smithgall, who was a Gainesville icon, philanthropist and longtime Brenau University trustee emerita.
