This showcase presents beginning dance explorations by young choreographers’ instincts to unveil their unique and individual artistic voices through the natural and unexpected beauty of bodies in motion. Student choreographers are showcased every spring semester as a way for freshman dance majors to present their choreographic ideas as a culminating project in conjunction with their course, Composition I. The showcase pieces are performed by their peers, student members of the Brenau University Department of Dance. A question and answer session will be held immediately after the performance for dancers to articulate more about their works with the audience.

Free and open to the public.
