Volunteer

Brenau University depends on its strong and enthusiastic alumni leaders. There are many ways to stay connected and give back to Brenau by volunteering your time, talent, and treasure.  To express how you would like to volunteer and engage with Brenau, please complete the Alumni Interest Form.

Alumni Association Board

The Alumni Association Board are a dedicated group of Brenau alums who volunteer their time and talent to promote the Brenau University Alumni Association.

The purpose of the Alumni Association is to stimulate and vitalize interest in the welfare of Brenau University and to foster a lifetime of learning, community and engagement among its alumni and friends.

Board members are expected to attend at least one of two full board meetings, at personal expense. Board members are expected to serve on at least one committee (Awards, Nominating, and Philanthropy), which requires work between meetings. Board members are expected to attend at least 1 alumni event per year (on campus or regionally). Since the Brenau Alumni Association Board funds projects annually each year with funds raised by the silent auction at Alumni Reunion Weekend, they are expected to donate or solicit items to be included. Finally, each Board member is expected to make a financial contribution to an area of interest at Brenau.
