Alumni Reunion Weekend is just ONE week away and we can`t wait to celebrate our winners of this year`s Golden Decades Giving Challenge. Prove that your decade is the best ever by showing your support for the next generation of Brenau alumni.
Awards are given to the decade with the most donors and the decade that raised the most funds in the past year.

Presenting the 2026 Brenau Alumni Award Recipients:
The Professional Achievement Award is awarded to Robin Henager-Greene, BU `09!
Robin Henager Greene, Ph.D., is an award-winning researcher and a professor at Whitworth University in Spokane, Washington. She has a doctorate in Family Financial Planning, Housing, and Consumer Economics from the University of Georgia, an MBA from Brenau University, and a BA in Economics and International Affairs from Eastern Washington University.
Robin has served as the associate dean for the Whitworth School of Business for seven years and led the initiative to secure initial accreditation for the school through the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business in 2020. This was a project that spanned more than over a decade of work. AACSB is the gold standard for business school accreditation, and she is pleased to announce that, in her current role as interim dean of the School of Business, the initial accreditation has been extended for another six years.
Robin has served on many boards, including serving as the president of the American Council on Consumer Interests, and as a board member of the Financial Planning Association, The Way of Business, Big Table, and on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Financial Counseling and Planning. During her time in Gainesville, she served as the treasurer for the Board of Directors of the Gainesville Ballet Co.

Presenting the 2026 Brenau Athletics Award Recipients:
The Athletics Hall of Fame Award is awarded to Blaire Bachman Anderson!
Blaire Anderson began her coaching career at Brenau University during the 2010-11 season, becoming the youngest head coach in the nation. During her five-year tenure as head coach and aquatics director at Brenau, Anderson was named the 2014 NAIA Swimming & Diving Women’s Coach of the Year and earned the Appalachian Swimming Conference Women’s Coach of the Year in 2012, 2013 and 2014. Anderson was a four-time honoree of the American Swimming Coaches Association Coach of Excellence award.
Since then, Anderson has continued coaching at Dartmouth, Indiana, Virginia, and for Team USA at the 2023 World Championships in Fukuoka, Japan, and at the 2021 Short Course World Championships in Abu Dhabi. Currently, Anderson is the first director of Texas A&M Swimming, a position she has held since May 2024.
