The Athletics Hall of Fame Award is awarded to Mary Katherine "MK" Jabbia Poulicek, WC '15!⁠
⁠
Mary Katherine “MK” Jabbia Poulicek graduated from Brenau University in 2016 after being a member of the swim team from 2012 to 2015. She was a dedicated student-athlete competing in swimming at both the conference and national levels. ⁠
⁠
Recruited from Louisiana by Coach Blaire in 2012 as part of the “Cajun Connection,” MK made a lasting impact both athletically and on campus. She served the Student Government Association as senator, vice president, and president, successfully advocating for free laundry access for campus residents. MK was also an active member of Alpha Chi Omega, serving two years as vice president of recruitment, a resident assistant for two years, a member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society and Brenau’s 2020 May Day Queen.⁠

After graduation, MK returned to Louisiana and married Drew Poulicek, a native of Rome, Georgia. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy from Xavier University in New Orleans. ⁠
⁠
She now lives in Slidell, Louisiana, with her husband, their daughter, Frankie, and their dachshund, Dimitr. She works as a pharmacist with Ochsner. ⁠
⁠
MK credits her teammates, the faculty, staff, and community at Brenau for helping shape her into the driven and independent woman she is today.⁠

The Community Service Award is awarded to Sarah "Temple" Moore, BU '13!⁠
⁠
Sarah Temple Moore, MScOT, MScGHD, is an occupational therapist, public health leader and community-based researcher dedicated to advancing health equity for displaced populations. She is a graduate of Brenau University’s Master of Science in Occupational Therapy program. ⁠
⁠
Temple currently serves as director of Community Wellness and Outdoor Leadership at Refugee Women’s Network in Atlanta, where she designs and leads innovative, trauma-informed programs that promote the physical, mental and social well-being of refugee women.⁠
⁠
She oversees RWN’s Outdoor Wellness Program, Community Health Worker initiatives, and community-driven research projects. She also co-chairs the Clarkston Health Equity Coalition. Temple integrates her clinical experience in rehabilitation, acute care, and community mental health — including work at Shepherd Center and the Royal Free London — into culturally responsive, community-based models of care.⁠
⁠
With additional training in Global Mental Health and Refugee Trauma through the Harvard Program in Refugee Trauma and a Master’s in Global Health and Development from University College London, she bridges occupational therapy and public health to address systemic inequities. Temple has led participatory research initiatives internationally, published in peer-reviewed journals and textbooks, and presented nationally on collaborative health equity initiatives.⁠

Her work reflects Brenau’s commitment to compassionate leadership, innovation and service through occupational therapy practice that extends beyond traditional clinical settings into global and community impact.⁠

The Young Alumna Award is awarded to Sara Hubaishi, WC '17!⁠
⁠
Sara Hubaishi is an attorney at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, an Am Law 100 firm. She assists organizations through their data privacy and security incident response obligations under U.S. state and federal law, regulatory requirements and contractual commitments with third parties. ⁠
⁠
Sara collaborates with vendors in the incident response industry to determine the scope and scale of an incident, verify containment, and support the organization in mitigating its operational, financial, and reputational risks. Her experience covers the spectrum of data incidents, including systemwide network intrusions, ransomware attacks, cyber extortion, fraudulent wire transfers, e-mail account compromises, stolen computers and employee misconduct. ⁠
⁠
Sara serves a range of private- and public-sector clients in multiple industries, including banking and financial services, healthcare, education, e-commerce, technology, retail, manufacturing, state and local government, accounting, legal and other professional services. ⁠
⁠
Sara counsels clients on compliance with U.S. data privacy and information security laws, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, the Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Rule, the Biometric Information Privacy Act, and comprehensive state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. She also advises clients on international data protection requirements like the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation.⁠

She graduated from the Women’s College in 2017 and obtained a master’s degree in 2019. At Brenau, she was a lead resident assistant, chair of the Honor Court, SGA president and May Queen.⁠

The Athletics Hall of Fame Award is awarded to Deishane’ Honeycutt, WC ‘16!

Deishane’ Honeycutt was a track and field and cross country athlete at Brenau 2012-16. She was an inaugural member of the track and field team and a member of the cross country team. She earned multiple accolades, including four conference championships and several conference-wide awards.

Born in New Orleans, she relocated to Stone Mountain with her family after Hurricane Katrina. She was the Class of 2012 salutatorian at Stone Mountain High School. At Brenau, she earned a bachelor’s degree in biology on the pre-med track, and is currently completing her Master of Science in Nursing and taking pre-nurse practitioner courses at Brenau’s Norcross campus. She is expected to graduate in August. While an undergraduate student, she served as an officer in the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Mu Sigma Chi, Tau Sigma and the Black Student Association.

Since graduating, Deishane’ has been a professional athlete, competing with USA Track and Field and On Your Mark Sports Track Club. She also returned to Brenau as an assistant track and field/cross country coach and had great success, winning championships and coaching athletes to All-American status. In addition to her nursing studies, Deishane’ is a full-time Pioneer Servant of Jehovah.

The Athletics Hall of Fame Award is awarded to Michelle Billeaud Hille, WC '15!⁠
⁠
Michelle Hille earned her Bachelor of Business Administration at Brenau University in 2015. A member of Brenau’s swim team 2012-15, she was a four-time NAIA National Championship qualifier and earned CSCAA honors as a freshman. ⁠
⁠
She achieved All-American status in nine events during her final three seasons and set school records in four individual events: 50 freestyle, 100 freestyle, 100 butterfly and 100 individual medley. She also contributed to five record-setting relay teams, including the 200, 400 and 800 freestyle relays as well as the 200 and 400 medley relays. As a senior, she led Brenau to a conference title by winning the 200 butterfly and scoring in every event she entered. Out of the pool, she served as team captain for three seasons and received the 2012 NAIA Champions of Character Award.⁠
⁠
After graduation, Michelle began coaching at the University of Findlay as a graduate assistant and then an assistant coach. While earning her MBA, she helped lead the program to back-to-back conference championships. ⁠

In 2019, she joined the staff at Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis for two seasons, during which 15 school records were broken. In 2021, Michelle married Daniel Hille and relocated to Cincinnati, coaching for the University of Cincinnati for two years. Her leadership helped the women’s team achieve an NCAA Championship appearance. ⁠

In 2023, Michelle stepped away from coaching to focus on family and her most rewarding role: mother to Xavier, Eleanor, and Leo.⁠

The Alumni Hall of Fame Award is awarded to Ellen Brown Harrison, BU '10!⁠

Ellen Brown Harrison, a 2010 alumna of Brenau University, serves as senior subcontract administrator at Savannah River Nuclear Solutions in Aiken, South Carolina. Her responsibilities demand strategic foresight, meticulous attention to detail and a deep understanding of complex contractual frameworks. She is instrumental in ensuring the robust and fully compliant execution of intricate agreements.⁠
⁠
Beyond her corporate contributions, Ellen is passionate about positive societal change. As a mentor to adolescent girls, she provides invaluable guidance on health, wellness and personal development. Her commitment to education extends to her participation in her employer’s Public Education Outreach program, where she champions careers in science, technology, engineering and math, inspiring young minds to explore innovative futures.⁠

Ellen’s intellect and creative spirit are equally evident in her acclaimed literary work. As a published author, her collection, “High Notes of Poetry: Finding Your Courage,” draws inspiration from the wisdom of Maya Angelou. This anthology serves as a beacon of solace and empowerment, guiding readers to unearth inner strength and cultivate resilience. She earned the Author on the Rise Award and the Best Poetry Book Award at the Black Girls Who Write Literary Awards, an esteemed honor.⁠

Central to Ellen’s philosophy is her motto: “Grow your Vision. Water it with faith. Stretch toward the light of purpose. In time, you won’t chase victory — you will become it.” ⁠

Ellen resides in Aiken with her husband and enjoys a cherished connection with her daughter, who lives in Charleston.⁠

The Professional Achievement Award is awarded to Robin Henager-Greene, BU '09!⁠
⁠
Robin Henager Greene, Ph.D., is an award-winning researcher and a professor at Whitworth University in Spokane, Washington. She has a doctorate in Family Financial Planning, Housing, and Consumer Economics from the University of Georgia, an MBA from Brenau University, and a BA in Economics and International Affairs from Eastern Washington University. ⁠
⁠
Robin has served as the associate dean for the Whitworth School of Business for seven years and led the initiative to secure initial accreditation for the school through the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business in 2020. This was a project that spanned more than over a decade of work. AACSB is the gold standard for business school accreditation, and she is pleased to announce that, in her current role as interim dean of the School of Business, the initial accreditation has been extended for another six years. ⁠
⁠
Robin has served on many boards, including serving as the president of the American Council on Consumer Interests, and as a board member of the Financial Planning Association, The Way of Business, Big Table, and on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Financial Counseling and Planning. During her time in Gainesville, she served as the treasurer for the Board of Directors of the Gainesville Ballet Co.⁠
