Today, Brenau Student Ambassadors, SGA`s President, and members of Mu chapter of Alpha Gamma Delta joined us at the Georgia Mountain Food Bank’s Empty Bowl Luncheon! 💛
We’re grateful to continue supporting an organization doing such meaningful work in our community and to give our students the opportunity to volunteer and see that impact firsthand. Thank you to Georgia Mountain Food Bank for all you do to fight hunger and serve our neighbors. We’re grateful to be a small part of it!

Brenau was well represented at the Gainesville Parks and Recreation Foundation’s annual Butterfly Release on Sunday! 🦋
Our Student Ambassadors, Mercedes and Kimberly, had so much fun volunteering at the event and taking in all of the beautiful butterflies. We also loved seeing our Alumni Association Board President, Dawn Marie Bernhard, serving as the MC for the day!
It’s always special to see our students and alumni out in the Gainesville community representing Brenau and giving back. 💛
The energy and momentum across Brenau`s Ernest Ledford Grindle Athletics are higher than ever as we gear up for the 2026–27 athletic season! Our student-athletes continue to achieve incredible milestones:
🐯For the 17th consecutive year, Brenau earned NAIA Five-Star Gold Champions of Character honors. Plus, swimmer Olga Bukowska was named the AAC Colonel John Sullivan Female Student Athlete of Character!
🐯 Competitive Cheer brought the gold back to Gainesville, securing their third consecutive NCA National Championship!
🐯 Golden Tigers across sports earned NAIA and AAC honors including Coach Mandi Bell being named AAC Swimming Coach of the Year!
It takes a community to build champions. Your support can directly fund travel expenses, facility enhancements, equipment, and leadership training for our student-athletes.

Go, Golden Tigers!
The countdown is officially ON! 🎓
Seniors, we’re celebrating 100 Days Out TONIGHT from 6–9 PM at Johnny’s Pizza in Gainesville. Grab your classmates and enjoy a night with a free dinner, fun, and everything you need to know as graduation gets closer 🍕💛

Today, the Brenau community joins the nation in remembrance. 🇺🇸
On Patriot Day, we honor those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001, and pay tribute to the first responders, service members, and countless individuals whose courage and sacrifice continue to inspire us.
