This degree program is designed to prepare nurses with bachelor’s degrees and international students to assume healthcare leadership roles. The program focuses on interdisciplinary collaboration and equips students with business and management knowledge and skills in finance, human resource management, project management, organizational culture and management of patient aggregates.

- BSN from accredited nursing program
- 3.0 minimum nursing GPA

- Taken undergraduate courses in physical assessment and research methods
- Minimum of one year of full-time work experience in nursing within the past five years
