Dr. Heidesch has worked in a variety of capacities throughout her successful award-winning career on the business side of healthcare for pharma and biotech companies (including Sandoz, Novartis, Sanofi-Aventis, CV Therapeutics, IQVIA, Merck, and Janssen), telemedicine companies, and healthcare systems.

Dr. Heidesch loves her work in higher education because it allows her to blend her knowledge, skills, passions and research to prepare students to succeed in their careers. She also enjoys consulting and performing research with a focus in risk management and decision making; strategic planning and change management; organizational behavior; assessing and affecting consumer behavior (both B2B and B2C); and project management.

During her personal time, Dr. Heidesch can be found spending time with her family and friends, and hiking with her dogs.
