Maria Iniguez

As a graduate of the Instituto Gabriela Mistral A.C. in Tamazula Jalisco, Mexico, I received my secretary executive degree in business administration. I hold an array of educational certificates from many institutions and organizations, including the University of Texas Health Science Center. I have worked for over 20 years in the education field, preparing parents and their children to find the right path to earn a degree at a university.

Working with international and domestic students, I have witnessed how important it is to collaborate across cultures. I am particularly passionate about helping young women gain access to higher education, and I enjoy assisting students with the application process through registration. My skillfulness in both English and Spanish are an asset to the Brenau Admissions Office.

I feel honored to have a daughter who graduated from Brenau University. As a Brenau alumna, her primary focus is to develop and empower the future leaders of the world.

Helping students is my passion. Brenau gives so many great opportunities to students from around the world, and I’m fortunate to be able to help make their dreams come true.
