Dr. Doreen Marshall is a licensed psychologist and a licensed professional counselor with research and clinical interests in suicide prevention/intervention/postvention and trauma. She graduated with a bachelor’s in Philosophy and English and an M.A. in Counseling from The College of New Jersey, and a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Georgia State University. Her career has spanned academia, nonprofit organizations and private practice.
She is nationally known for her work in suicide prevention and postvention and has shared her expertise with mental health clinicians, school-based professionals, parents, firearms retailers, veteran groups, health professionals, businesses and nonprofit organizations.
