My name is Clara and I was born and raised in Atlanta, GA. I received my B.A. in English from Kennesaw State University and my M.S. in Human Services Delivery and Administration from the University of North Georgia. I worked as a Tour Guide and a Graduate Assistant respectively while attending those institutions. After receiving my M.S, I worked as a Foster Care Social Worker in coastal North Carolina for fifteen months. I soon realized that I really missed campus life and working with students and so I moved back home to take the job as Undergraduate Admissions Counselor. I love how student-focused Brenau and the close-knit campus community it creates.
While not at work I love walking my rescue dog Koda, reading mystery novels and watching Atlanta sports with my family. One of my biggest dreams is to watch the Falcons win the Super Bowl. Rise Up!
