Brenau University hosted some 100 students from across the country and internationally on the historic Gainesville campus for the International Intercollegiate Mediation Tournament Nov. 9-11.
The mediation tournament allows students from Brenau and other colleges and universities to meet and practice mediation through breakout sessions, workshops and competitive rounds. The tournament concluded with an awards dinner Saturday night.
About 40 lawyers and mediators from the local professional community also served as evaluators during the tournament.
