One of our Golden Tigers of the Week is Emma Folds🐯

Emma received 2026 AAC Newcomer of the Year recognition in her inaugural season as a Golden Tiger by leading the AAC in triples (7), and was second in runs scored (49).

One of our Golden Tigers of the Week is Madison Kitson🐯

Madison was named Most Valuable Player at the 2026 Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) championships this past weekend.

Madison continued to shine in her sophomore campaign by earning second place in both the 200 meters (25.53) and the triple jump (11.46m) after winning the long jump and 400 meters on Friday. She also added another win in the 4x400 relay, joining Kyla Laurent, Ja’Leyah Wongus, and Kamryn Chambliss to hold off Columbia (S.C.) College’s relay team by .01 seconds to take the title.

One of our Golden Tigers of the Week is Dayton Power🐯

Dayton received 2026 AAC Player of the Year honors for her performance this season. She hit .480 on the season, which was second in the conference, and led the AAC in total hits, runs scored, and stolen bases.

Our Golden Tiger of the Week is Emma Ackermann🐯

Freshman Emma Ackermann received 2026 AAC Women’s Tennis Freshman of the Year honors for outstanding play during her inaugural season. The Darmstadt, Germany native made her mark on the team and the conference this season by also securing AAC Second-Team All-Conference recognition.

Our Golden Tiger of the Week is Madison Kitson🐯

Madison, who captured AAC Field Athlete of the Week honors last week, raced to a blistering time of 56.54 in the 400m dash at the UWG Legends Invitational. Her time is the best in the AAC by over two seconds and is ranked 14th in the NAIA.
