Football season is in full gear, so why not take in on the action yourself?
The Northeast Georgia History Center will be hosting a November Homeschool Day, dedicated to the profound history of football. From industrial outcomes to social influence, students will gain a better understanding of how the beloved sport came to be and how it has shaped communities.
There will be two identical sessions on Nov. 19. The first session is at 10 a.m. The second session is at 11:30 a.m.
Free for members. Non-members will have to pay $10 for admission to the event.
