Dr. Mansfield was educated at Vanderbilt University in RN, APRN and DNP education. He practiced at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in critical care cardiology and held a faculty position at Vanderbilt University School of Nursing. He has recently transitioned to Brenau as the new program director for the Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner program. He now practices in critical care and interventional cardiology at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.
