Your friendly neighborhood art professor from the Golden State! With a passion for creativity, they earned an undergraduate degree in Ceramics from San Jose State University, focusing on the art of clay, and later went on to obtain a Master’s in Ceramics Sculpture from the University of South Carolina. Specializing in ceramics, digital graphic art, and art foundations, they’re dedicated to inspiring students to explore the endless possibilities of artistic expression.
Outside the classroom, this art enthusiast is a self-proclaimed “force-sensitive” individual, especially when it comes to automatic doors, and they have an undeniable love for all things pop culture. Whether it’s diving deep into the world of animation or geeking out over the latest sci-fi flick, their passion never fades. When not teaching or creating, you can find them eagerly anticipating the next Legend of Zelda game release, always ready to embark on the next great adventure.
