The Elixir is a literature and arts magazine published annually by undergraduate students of Brenau University. Our mission is to showcase and celebrate outstanding undergraduate student talent in creative writing as well as the visual and performing arts. As a student-produced literary arts magazine, we are committed to providing a platform for our peers to express themselves boldly and authentically.
Our magazine seeks to showcase a wide range of styles, themes, and perspectives, and we welcome submissions from all undergraduate students, regardless of their academic discipline or writing experience. All undergraduate students are welcome to submit any art they have made (dance, photographs, drawings, etc.) as well as any poems or prose they have written. The Elixir seeks work that is fresh, vivid, and original.
