The Brenau University Medical Scholars Program wrapped the 2018-2019 academic year with a full day of activities, including a graduation ceremony, campus scavenger hunt and “zombie outbreak.”
The zombie game involves an outbreak in the Fitness Center at Brenau — with Brenau faculty, staff and students in the Ivester College of Health Sciences dressed and made-up as zombies — and challenges the students to be on the front lines to contain the spreading Zombie epidemic.
The Medical Scholars Program gives rising juniors from nine area high schools the opportunity to experience university-level studies and rewarding careers in health care professions.
