Freshman will participate in this rite of passage at the amphitheater from 7 pm to 9 pm. Students write their dreams and their challenges on two different slips of paper, then each student is encouraged to release their challenges by throwing that slip of paper into the fire. They are then instructed to hold on to the paper with their dreams and use it as an inspiration.
