One of our Golden Tigers of the Week is Sophie Bell!🐯🏊‍♀️

Sophie garnered AAC Most Outstanding Swimmer honors for her performance at the 2026 championships. She won the 200 backstroke on the final day of competition, which was her third individual title of the championships after previously earning top honors in the 100 backstroke and the 50 freestyle. Sophie also raced on four different relays, helping each win four different second place finishes.

Madison earned an NAIA ‘A’ Standard in the long jump, winning the event at the Bulldog Open. Her leap of 5.76 meters to place second behind an NCAA Division I competitor garnered her second weekly AAC award this season.

Madison recorded an NAIA ‘A’ Standard in the long jump, winning the event at the Life U Super Bowl Indoor/Outdoor. Her leap of 5.99 meters ties her for the third-best jump in the NAIA this season. She also placed second in the triple jump with a distance of 11.35 meters.
