Brenau Occupational Therapy Student Association (BOTSA) is a student-led organization that promotes community engagement, professional development, and fellowship among students and faculty. BOTSA coordinates social events, fundraising activities, and opportunities for students and faculty to advocate for the profession of occupational therapy. Each of Brenau’s occupational therapy programs have their own branch of BOTSA. There is a BOTSA organization for the master’s weekend hybrid program in Norcross, the master’s program in Gainesville, and the entry-level doctorate program in Norcross. Students have the chance to gain leadership experience by serving their cohort as an officer on their program’s respective BOTSA executive board.
