Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations Management
The mission of the operations management BBA program is to equip students to advance in careers of either service or manufacturing operations management by implanting pertinent knowledge, skills, and principles, such as pursuit of perfection, continuous improvement, process orientation, and cause-and-effect understanding in the presence of variation. Operations Management, which comprises the steps for designing, producing, and delivering goods and services, is growing in demand and is ubiquitous among for-profit and not-for-profit enterprises. The curricula will be informed by tactical and strategic best practices as understood by contemporary research.
