Jennifer Allison’s Pinterest mentioned in March Issue of ‘OT Practice’
Brenau’s own Jennifer Allison was featured in the March, 2014 issue of OT Practice, the official journal of the AOTA. The text below is from volume 19, issue five, of OT Practice on page five.
One of the most popular social sharing sites that allows individuals and organization to curate a collection of digital resources, Pinterest has a plethora of occupational therapy-related boards. AOTA alone maintains 14 Pinterest boards, although none are specific to mental health (because mental health is incorporated into all practice areas). A number of individual occupational therapists also have Pinterest boards relevant to occupational therapy and mental health; for example, boards maintained by Marie Sherwood, Bill Wong, Jennifer Allison, Tina Champagne, and Susan Burwash.
