Brenau’s Norcross Campus Re-Opens With Art Exhibitions

The newly renovated north-Atlanta campus of Brenau University played host to community officials, art lovers, students and faculty during an opening reception that coincided with a dual reception for two art exhibitions, Local Color, an Atlanta Celebrates Photography show which features work from photographers local to the metro-Atlanta community and The Mutable Sea,  a collection of photographs from  Brenau Women’s College alumna and artist Lee-Anne White.

To open the evening, Norcross officials and Brenau University staff and faculty members cut a ribbon to the building officially re-opening Brenau’s Norcross campus which renovations expanded by 33 percent to better serve the undergraduate and graduate students in business, nursing, occupational therapy, education and other areas of study in Norcross.

Norcross Mayor Pro Tem Andrew Hixson noted that Brenau’s north-Atlanta campus has proven that adult learning facilities, like Brenau, are a valuable asset to a community and that they are “so proud to have the campus in the city of Norcross.
