Course Overview

Participants will gain a broad understanding of the PMI© project management methodology while significantly strengthening their business acumen, vocabulary, management skills, and professional gravitas.

The course curriculum spans the ten knowledge domains of project management, meets the certification requirements, and enables students to effectively prepare for and pass the PMP or CAPM certification exams.

This instructor-led course, using uCertify, utilizes ADA compliant course content with enhanced audio/visual displays, flash cards, question banks, review videos to reinforce key concepts, and customizable practice tests to prepare for the certification exam.

Associate Project Management Professional (CAPM) certification requires:

High school diploma plus 23 hours of project management education or 1,500 hours project management experience.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification requires:

High school diploma, associate degree, or equivalent plus 7,500 hours of experience leading and directing projects


Four-year degree or equivalent and 4,500 hours of experience leading and directing projects

Susan Daniels is a seasoned PMP practitioner, board member of the NE Florida PMI chapter, and university-level instructor who has worked in the following areas:

  • Senior Strategy Integrator for a $12B healthcare enterprise
  • Executive Director for a multimillion dollar social services agency
  • District Program Coordinator for a state public assistance program

In addition to PMP Certification, Susan holds an MBA from Jacksonville University and a Bachelor of Arts from Stetson University and Universidad de Madrid.
