Bachelor of Science in Psychology

In preparation for a host of careers in mental health, education, business, public health, court systems, and family life, we offer a B.S. (both on ground and online) and a Minor in Psychology. Small class sizes, interactive programming, and caring, professional faculty offer a unique learning experience at Brenau’s historic Gainesville campus. The undergraduate degree in psychology is offered as part of the Women’s College and the Undergraduate School at Brenau University.

Master of Science in Clinical Counseling Psychology

For those interested in becoming professional counselors or for those who wish to continue training in psychology at the Doctoral level, we offer a M.S. in Clinical Counseling Psychology. The curriculum reflects the most advanced scientific knowledge and practice techniques relevant to psychological counseling. Nearly all courses are taught by experienced, full-time faculty. The M.S. in Psychology program is also available. The M.S. in Clinical Counseling Psychology program is a co-educational, 2 year full-time or 3-4 year part-time program offered one morning and one evening per week at our Gainesville and Norcross/North Atlanta campuses. Master of Science in Applied Gerontology

This degree places graduates on the cutting edge of serving the older population. The M.S. in Applied Gerontology is an innovative, interdisciplinary program for those interested in various aspects of healthcare including: psychology, nursing, occupational therapy, health science and biology as well as liberal arts, business, social work, housing, interior and fashion design, institutional care, transportation, the law, and geriatric care management.
