Music Ensembles

The Music Department offers a variety of music ensembles for students:

Gospel Choir

Gospel Choir Courageous

This uplifting chorale ensemble, primarily focusing on the study and performance of gospel music, is open to Brenau students, faculty, and staff as well as community members.


Opera Workshop

Students may audition to be a part of the Opera Workshop, in which they study, rehearse, and ultimately perform opera scenes and/or a full-scale opera production.

Open to all students, faculty, and staff in the chorale community, the Spectrum Singers ensemble studies and performs a wide range of popular, multi-cultural, and traditional music styles.

Vocal Chamber Ensemble

Requiring audition for acceptance, Vocal Chamber is a smaller ensemble that studies and performs vocal chamber music from all historical periods.
