High School Dance Festival Registration

All registration takes place online. Registration costs $100 per student and $100 per adjudicated concert submission. Entering your participants through online registration form temporarily holds their spots for three (3) weeks. Payment or proof of intention to pay must be received within three (3) weeks of registration in order to guarantee your registration. If payment or proof of intention to pay is not received within three (3) weeks, your slots may be released.

Full payment is due for all registrations no later than Dec. 19, 2018. It is critical that you adhere to the stated deadlines to reserve your registration spots.

Student and Faculty Representative Registration

When registering a group of students, you are required to enter each student’s name and information in the fields provided. Registering a group may take some time if you have a large group.

One person must be designated as the Faculty Representative and Contact Person for each school. This person is responsible for being direct contact and supervising the students in attendance. All emails will be sent to this person. Only the Faculty Representative will have access to Adjudication and Informal Concert program forms. This person should be listed on the registration form in the appropriate area, even if they are not the person filling out the registration form.

Adjudication Information

Please note: Once Registration is closed, you will receive detailed instructions about submitting adjudicated and informal concert information including music and technical needs.

Only students who are registered for the festival are eligible to participate in the adjudication process. External individuals are not eligible to perform.

Your adjudication slot is not secured until payment has been received.

Informal Concert

All groups and individuals registered for the festival are eligible to perform in the Informal Concert. In the interest of creating opportunities for as many schools as possible, only one dance per school/studio may be shown in the Informal Concert.

Cancellation

There are no refunds on paid registrations. If you contact Brenau University to remove a student you will not receive a refund; however, you may change (substitute) the names of the students.

Due to the rising costs of processing cancellations, as well as expenses inherent in hosting this event a $25 cancellation fee will be assessed on each individual student cancelled prior to full payment. A $75 cancellation fee will be assessed on each adjudication slot cancelled prior to full payment.

Payment or proof of intention to pay must be received within two weeks of registration.
