Maggie Evans Solo Exhibition
Maggie Evans will be having a solo exhibition of her works at the Leo Castelli Gallery located in the John S. Burd Performing Arts Center, Brenau University Campus, located at 429 Academy Street in Gainesville, Ga., Her show will open Thursday evening, August 31st and will be on view until October 25th, 2023. Opening Reception at 5:30-7:30PM, August 31st, 2023. Artist talk to be held at the Hosch Theatre, Thursday evening August 31st at 6:00 PM. All reception attendees are welcome to walk across the lobby to the theatre (a few steps from the Leo Castelli Gallery) to hear Maggie Evans discuss her process, the content of her work, her music and life journey – filled with resilience, endurance and a creative spirit that has overcome great odds.
