Teaching Philosophy:
Teaching is the noblest of professions because no other profession can touch so many lives and make such a deep impact on our society. The role of the teacher is to provide a safe, welcoming classroom environment where students of all backgrounds and abilities can learn together following a constructivist approach. Continual reflection by the teacher will naturally incorporate continual improvement of instructional methods, assessments, and classroom practices. Teachers, learners, parents, and communities must come together to successfully prepare today’s youth to become tomorrow’s leaders.
