The menu includes the main entrée (smoky paprika seasoned chicken in a fire roasted tomato sauce with baby portobello mushrooms and served with Yellow rice and brussel sprouts) or the vegetarian option (roasted acorn squash stuffed with seasoned wild rice tossed with dried cranberries, toasted chopped pecans and fresh parsley). All will be served with a dessert of berries with a praline cookie. We will provide tea and water to drink.
