Provide your official high school transcript.Transcripts must come directly from the high school to be considered official. Click here to download and print a Transcript Request Form.
Transcripts may be submitted via encrypted delivery service (Escript, Parchment, etc.) to: firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com

The admissions office will confirm that all students’ transcripts arrive from a high school with a CEEB code, as well as the high school seal and/or signature. If a transcript is from a high school that lacks a CEEB code or seal/signature, the admissions office will investigate to confirm that the school is recognized by the state department of education or home school association. The admissions office may request a copy of the student’s diploma at any point in the admission process for verification. If a diploma is determined invalid, a GED may be required for admission consideration.
Submission of SAT/ACT scores, while not a requirement for admission, will be considered if submitted for higher scholarship consideration and also may be required of athletes for eligibility. SAT/ACT scores must be sent directly from the testing company or be included on official transcripts.
