Are dining facilities open to students?

Yes, they are. Social distancing is being carefully managed and the number of students in the dining room at any given time is limited. Faculty and staff will not eat in the dining hall, which leaves more space for students. The Tea Room is also open, but also with guidelines for distancing and appropriate numbers.

Will spectators be allowed at Brenau sporting events this fall?

Indoor sports spectators will not be allowed for basketball, volleyball and swim. Livestreaming will be available for volleyball and basketball. Outdoor sports spectators will be allowed for those who agree to wear face masks and practice social distancing while on our campus or attending campus-sponsored events.

What are the guidelines for student gatherings, events, activities?

Any gatherings on campus will be in compliance with state and local regulations, enforce social distancing, and require masks. All gatherings must comply with room capacity guidelines, and gatherings of more than 20 people are highly discouraged. Larger gatherings will be permitted outdoors as long as social distancing is practiced.
