Von Pouncey, Ph. D.

Dr. Pouncey is the Director of Business Programs at the Augusta Campus as well as an Assistant Professor of Business Administration.  She holds a PhD in Business from Capella University, an MS from Capella University, and a BBA from Augusta State University.  Previously she was an Executive Manager of Human Resources & Staffing and has published a couple of articles regarding temporary employees, personality traits, and the psychological contract.
