OCICU Tuition and Refund Policies

  • Without exception, all students will pay the regular online rate for any OCICU course, which for the 2008 - 2009 academic year is $462 per semester hour.
     

  • Refunds are based on the OCICU academic calendar.

  • Students who drop an OCICU course within the first 7 days of class will receive a 100% refund for the dropped course.

  • Students who drop on the eighth or ninth day will receive a 50% refund.

  • There will be no refund given for students dropping after the ninth day of class.
Students receiving federal financial assistance and withdrawing from all classes will receive a refund based on the federal refund policy as required by the U.S. Department of Education.
