Fall 2008 Refund Schedule

A proportionate refund or credit of tuition payment will be made in accordance with the following schedule:

Women's College:
On or before Aug 29.............100%
Aug 30 - Sept 19..................50%
Sept 20 - Oct 16..................25%
After Oct 16.........................No Refund

Weekend:
On or before Aug 29..................100%
Aug 30 - Sept 17.......................50%
Sept 18 - Oct 14 ......................25%
After Oct 14..............................No Refund

Evening/Online Session 1
On or before Aug 29.............100%
Aug 30 - Sept 8....................50%
Sept 9 - 19...........................25%
After Sept 19........................No Refund

Evening/Online Session 2
On or before Oct 24..................100%
Oct 25 – Nov 3..........................50%
Nov 4 - Nov 14..........................25%

OCICU Tuition and Refund Policies

• Without exception, all students will pay the regular online rate for any OCICU course, which for the 2008 - 2009 academic year is $462 per semester hour.
   

• Refunds are based on the OCICU academic calendar.

• Students who drop an OCICU course within the first 7 days of class will receive a 100% refund for the dropped course.

• Students who drop on the eighth or ninth day will receive a 50% refund.

• There will be no refund given for students dropping after the ninth day of class.
