Jack Haire, CrossFit Level 1 Instructor, USA Swimming Coach

Jack competed as a swimmer in college with Furman University and the Univ. of Georgia. Jack is a current and past nationally ranked amateur age group (USAT All American) Olympic distance triathlete and has also competed in flat water paddling, mountain bike racing, running races (5K to marathon),and salom and trick water skiing. Jack’s first Triathlon was in 1982. He has competed in over 28 Peactree Road Races, most as a seeded runner and has won the Georgia State Masters Title numerous times in the Olympic distance triathlon.

Jack was one of the Coaches of the Athens Bulldog Swim Club (USA Swimming) in the early 80’s and coached age group swimming for 10 years during that period.
Jack Haire currently coaches area high school swimmers and is the Assistant Coach for the Brenau University Golden Tiger Womens' Swim Team. Jack is a personal trainer training in CrossFit methods at CrossFit Northeast Georgia . CrossFit is a broad, general fitness program that is the principle strength and conditioning program for many police academies, and tactical operations teams, champion martial artists and hundreds of elite and professional athletes worldwide.
