The Brenau soccer team was well represented as the conference awards were announced for the SSAC this week. Senior Defender Kelly Young (Lawrenceville) closed out her career by making First Team All Conference.

Four players from the Brenau volleyball team received awards at the SSAC Tournament Banquet in conjunction with the conference tournament last week. Junior Outside Hitter Karen Green (Lawrenceville) was named to the Second Team All Conference team.

The Tigers basketball team (1-1) lost a triple overtime thriller tonight at the Brenau gym to William Carey, MS (2-0) 101-96. Junior transfer Ashley Hagans again led in scoring, with 30 points.
