Jenny Dell came to Brenau University in November 2011, bringing over ten years professional experience in alumni relations, PR, and communications. She most recently served as Director of Communications at an 1,100-student K-12 private school in Knoxville, Tenn. A native of Marietta, Ga. and a graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelors degree in Public Relations with a minor in English, Jenny served as president of the UGA alumni club of Knoxville and was also the founding president and collegiate relations chair for the area’s alumnae chapter of Gamma Phi Beta sorority. Jenny is a past delegate to the Atlanta Alumnae Panhellenic Association, a Panhellenic Advisor for the Delta Upsilon chapter of Gamma Phi Beta at UGA, a volunteer with Girls On The Run, and a member of WomenSource. She received a CASE (Council for Advancement and Support of Education) Scholarship in 2012 and is currently in the process of completing her Master’s in Organizational Leadership at Brenau. Jenny resides in Buford, Ga. with her husband, daughter, and two basset hounds.

Emily Stockton graduated from Brenau University’s Women’s College in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre. After four years of sewing, acting, directing, and ticket scanning, she was presented the Outstanding Senior of 2011 Award by the Theatre Department for her artistic and academic achievements. In addition to her love of the arts, Emily discovered a passion for event planning while working at Brenau in the Office of Special Events for three summers. She assisted in the pre-planning of events and served as main contact for clients using our beautiful facilities. Emily joined the Alumni Relations staff in August 2012 and is thrilled to bring this special event experience to the Office of Alumni & Constituent Engagement and have the opportunity to connect with Brenau University’s extraordinary graduates.

Carrie joined the Brenau staff in 2010 to manage the university’s alumni database. A native of Wisconsin, she studied business and accounting at Milwaukee Area Technical College before moving to Georgia in 1992. In her free time, Carrie enjoys volunteering with the American Junior Golf Association and Georgia Wireless Association. Carrie and her husband live in Braselton, and their son is as student at Reinhardt College where he is a member of the men’s golf team.
Kirsty Smith, WC ’14

Kirsty graduated from Brenau University’s Women’s College in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education. After four years of learning how to plan, implement and engage future generations, she was awarded with the Outstanding Future Teacher Award by the Education Department for her creative and inspiring perspective. Kirsty has been involved with promoting education in the Hall County community, helped execute a successful second year of the Brenau RISE Summer Learning Loss Program, and taught at East Hall Middle School. Kirsty was a four-year Brenau Golden Tiger soccer athlete and a recognized leader on the field, receiving three-year captaincy and being named NAIA’s All-Academic conference player. Kirsty joined the Alumni Relations staff in May 2015 as a Graduate Assistant and is currently pursuing her MBA at Brenau. She is delighted to join the team and welcomes the opportunity to help keep graduates connected with their alma mater.
