About SPA
The SPA (Study Place for Achievement) was established for the purpose of providing Brenau students and students in the Gainesville community-at-large with tutoringservices in the following subjects.
- Pre-Algebra
- Algebra
- Statistics
- Pre-Calculus
- Calculus
- Biology
- Chemistry
Tutoring is provided by Brenau Students and a part-time instructor generally between the hours of 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. The schedule of when tutors are available and which courses they can help with are posted on the door of the SPA and also found on the intranet, at http://intranet.brenau.edu/ (click on “Academics” and then “Math SPA”). You may set up appointments for tutoring, but walk-ins are welcome!
