Health Services
Caring for You
Student Health Services advocates a holistic approach toward health, which includes the student’s physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Extensive use of the resources offered in the Gainesville community augment the services provided on campus. Medical care is available to residential Women’s College and Academy students.
Services include:
- Examination by the nurse when students are ill or injured
- Assessment and evaluation
- Counseling
- Assistance with referral for further medical treatment
- Assistance with chronic health problems.
The Doctor
The Doctor is on campus every Thursday at 11:45. The last patient is seen at 12:30.
