Pearce
Auditorium, a renovated Victorian theater built in 1887,
is used by Brenau and the community for various performances, lectures,
recitals and concerts.
Trustee Library
includes 90,000 volumes, nearly 1,000 periodicals and numerous microfilm
and audiovisual resources. The library also features two student computer
labs, a rare books room, a special collections room and Thurmond-McRae
Lecture Hall.
John W. Jacobs Jr. Business
and Communication Arts Building - a 22,000 square-foot,
tri-level educational facility that features satellite communications and
downlink capabilities to all classrooms, meeting rooms and reception
areas.
Simmons Visual
Arts Center features two galleries that offer art
exhibits, including works by internationally known artists Jasper Johns,
Robert Rauschenberg, Roy Lichtenstein and Andy Warhol.
WBCX
89.1-FM is a 3,000 watt radio station operated by
faculty, staff, and students. It features a jazz-classical format and a
weekly talk show, Brenau News Forum.
