Criteria for acceptance is Undergraduate grade point average of at least a 2.5 from a regionally accredited institution Proof of initial certification from AOTCB or NBCOT, or proof of licensure as an occupational therapist in any of the United States Positive interview with adviser In order to fully process your application, the following documentation is required: Completed application form: a. Conditional Enrollment Form b. Compliance with Family Education Right Act Form c. Graduate Application for Admission Official transcripts from all previous attended institutions beyond high school.
