Proquest- Go into Proquest
- Click on the "databases selected" tab in the top right hand corner

Select ProQuest Nursing and Research Library Complete.

Click on the continue button on the bottom, perform an advanced search.
For example,
use the keywords "Occupational Therapy" and "Cognitive".

Select the "article text" from the pull down menu and click on peer reviewed and full text. Notice the amount of hits!
